Refunds
No Refunds: All ticket purchases for GDF are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of event planning and logistics.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.
- Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the event by contacting us at [email protected]. Please provide reason for reallocation), your full name, job title, organisation, phone number and email address.
- For the new attendee please provide the full details including, full name, job title, organisation, phone number and email address.
- Once approved, the new attendee will receive confirmation and event details via email.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
- In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
- If the event is postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
